All of our QDs are verifiably made in the US and are rated up to 250lbs of tension. They have a recessed button as opposed to a exposed button. This helps to prevent unwanted snags and or disconnects.

Things to consider about most QDs out in the market place:
1. Not all QDs are created equal.
2. Here are the signs that your QD was not made in the US.
– The metal ring to which you sling will attach feels like a lesser quality metal
– The metal loop or ring sways too much left or right
– The ball bearings are not evenly quartered
– The ball bearing placement is offline and often lopsided

These are all issues to which we point out to our customers on a regular basis. Not knowing these issues might prove costly to lost weaponry and is also considered a safety hazard.
